New Interactive Story Maps on European Cultural Heritage

The European Commission released a set of interactive maps which will help to raise awareness of cultural heritage in Europe.

The Story Maps, developed by the Joint Research Centre, give users an extensive overview of cultural heritage sites across the continent, including for instance a wealth of information on all European Capitals of Culture.

These maps will be updated and developed, for example taking into account tips from young people exploring Europe’s cultural heritage through the new DiscoverEU initiative.
