Updated EU Guidance on Public Procurement

We would like to inform you that the European Commission published the Guidance for the Public Procurement in order to avoid common errors in projects funded under the European Structural and Investment Funds.

This document was composed by DG REGIO in cooperation with DG GROW aiming to assist public servants engaged with project public procurements funded by EU in securing transparent and fruitful procedures. The new edition of the Guidance includes practical advice, a series of good practices, real examples, case studies and templates, as well as useful links, in order to help those involved in the every-day management of EU funded projects.
